This special course features seasonal ingredients that evoke the feeling of early summer, prepared into delicate and exquisite dishes.The appetizers included grated radish simmered grilled eggplant, branded chicken with yuzu pepper dressing, and seared marinated mackerel.For fried food, we offer our special fried chicken, crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside, and tempura made with exceptionally sweet corn.For the grilled dish, we have salt koji roasted Yamagata pork, with its umami flavor carefully brought out.To conclude the meal, we have prepared Edo-style conger eel chirashi sushi.
